This agreement outlines the terms of use and principles of non-personal data collection for the Pomodoro Timer Android application. By downloading, installing, and using the app, you agree to this Agreement. Please read the terms below carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, do not download or use the application. The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse or usage of the app.

Data Collected

• Usage Statistics: Anonymous data such as app launch counts, usage time, and user interactions are collected to understand general usage trends.
• Device Information: Technical details like device model, OS version, and app version are gathered. No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is collected.
• Error & Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and error data including OS version, model info, memory status, app version, and error stack traces. These are used to analyze and improve the app.
• Advertising & Analytics Data: Google AdMob and Google Analytics collect anonymized data like IP address (for approximate location), advertising ID, and app usage statistics. This data is used for ad optimization and user behavior analysis.

Purpose of Data Use

• Improving Service Quality: Collected usage and device data is used to monitor app performance, identify bugs, and improve user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: User activity data from Google Analytics helps analyze in-app behavior and generate reports to enhance frequently used features.
• Ad Management: Ad interaction data collected via Google AdMob is used to measure ad performance and deliver targeted ads. All data is anonymized before being processed.
• Security & Technical Support: Technical logs help identify and resolve common issues. If necessary, recorded technical data may be used to investigate misuse or malicious activity.

Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics: Analyzes user activity and app usage, such as button clicks, task completions, geographic region, language preferences, etc.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects and analyzes crash reports, including device status, app data, and stack traces at the time of crash.
• Google AdMob: Manages in-app ads and uses data like IP address, advertising ID, and in-app interaction for targeted advertising. All data is anonymized.

These providers process collected data in accordance with their own privacy policies and store it on Google’s secure servers. The developer is not responsible for outcomes arising from third-party data processing methods.

Subscription Model

• One-Time Payment: The app offers a one-time paid subscription (license) to unlock certain features, paid via in-app purchase on Google Play.
• Payment Processing: All payments are handled by Google Play infrastructure. The developer does not access payment information. Security and refund policies are governed by Google Play’s terms.
• Subscription Cancellation & Refunds: Once the one-time payment is made, users cannot request a refund due to platform rules. However, Google Play conditions apply. After payment, users have lifetime access to the subscribed features.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the app, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement and committed to complying with them.

If you do not accept the terms, do not download or use the app. Continued use of the app signifies your consent to this agreement.

Changes to this agreement may be announced via the app store or update notes. Continued use after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages such as data loss, device incompatibility, or performance issues arising from the use of the Pomodoro Timer app. Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

The developer is not liable for any material or moral damages resulting from app errors or deficiencies. Misuse or malicious use of the app is outside the developer’s responsibility.

The developer is not liable for functionality disruptions caused by interruptions or malfunctions in third-party services. Users should back up any critical or income-generating data.

Any other responsibilities not explicitly stated in this agreement are solely the user's. The user acknowledges and accepts all risks related to the app.
